Fourth Plain Community Commons
The Fourth Plain Community Commons is a mixed- use project located on Fourth Plain Boulevard in Vancouver, WA that includes affordable housing on the upper floors and a flexible community-serving space on the ground floor. The ground floor community spaces are envisioned as flexible areas where the Fourth Plain community can gather, hold events, and access services.

With FPCC’S purpose and values in mind, the primary logo takes inspiration from a bird’s eye view of the project site outlined In blue. The blocked out areas in different oranges is to represent the diverse community coming together in support. Custom letterforms were designed to best compliment the brandmark and be easily legible from afar. Lastly each form is given a jagged outline to embrace imperfection.
